General EAA Terms and Conditions
Tickets are non-transferable and cancellation fees will apply. They are valid for the person named on the ticket only. In case of illness or injuries, Evergreen is not responsible of any compensation. The customer must be covered by a insurance company.
Evergreen Alpine Academy will not be held liable for any accident before, during or after lessons or programs. The participants themselves are responsible for appropriate travel/ holiday/ recreational insurance.
Use of helmet is compulsory in all EAA courses or programs.
EAA reserve the rights to relocate one participant from the group. It can occur in situations of Freeride sessions if some participant do not meet the minimum requirements to run activity safely .
Flywire will handle overseas payments, and Flywire's exchange rates will be used to the transaction
Cancellation of Evergreen Alpine Academy classes due to inclement weather conditions (“Force Majeure” clause) will not be compensated. Evergreen Alpine Academy reserves the right to cancel lessons due to inclement weather, insufficient bookings, events beyond our control or other unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations made 2 weeks or less before a course will not be refunded
- Cancellations between 2 to 4 weeks prior to a course will have a 30% cancellation fee applied.
- For cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to a course will have a 15,000JPY cancellation fee applied.
RE-SCHEDULE (Change dates of the program booked)
- Rescheduling of courses is only available to courses that are running in the same season, and is subject to availability.
- It is not possible to reschedule a course within 2 weeks prior to the booked course. Any reschedule request within 2 weeks of the course start date will be deemed as a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a re-schedule request is made more than 2 weeks in advance of a booked course, availability must be confirmed by Evergreen. Once approved, an administration fee of 10,000 JPY will be charged. In the case that there is no availability in future courses during the season, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
If an existing member of CASI and/or CSIA ensure that membership dues are paid 7 days prior to the course commencing. If these remain unpaid Evergreen Alpine Academy reserves the right to forfeit bookings with 100% cancellation fee applied.

Private sessions & Freeride programs Cancellation policy
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation charge may be withheld for all cancellations made within 7 days a scheduled lesson/ tour /service
• 7 days to 48hrs before lesson start time: 30%
• Up until 11am the day prior to the lesson 50%
• After 11am the day prior to the lesson: 100%

Re-schedule a program or session will only be valid previous request and approval of 7 days in advance and it will have an administration fee of 5,000 JPY will be charge.
